Portraits
I have been painting portraits in oil and acrylic since 2015. My love for drawing out the humor and character in people’s faces began as a live caricature artist in 2009. Before that, I studied life drawing and figurative sculpture in undergrad. Fusing caricature and portraiture, I also like to play with flat abstraction juxtaposed with a sculptural rendering of form.
